Partial Service Disruption Update and Status Page Link

Hi everyone, we're experiencing a partial service disruption. Our status page has been updated here: https://status.motherduck.com/posts/dashboard We'll provide updates as soon as we have more information.

Ducklings in the US-East-1 region experienced elevated attachment failures starting on May 15, 2026 at 12:05 am UTC. We have identified the source of platform unavailability, and are currently implementing a fix we expect to re-establish platform availability shortly. We will share an update with you within the next 15 minutes on the current state.

Apologies for the delayed response. The change to address the issue has been successfully applied to all impacted Ducklings about 30 minutes ago, and we expect attach operations to now complete successfully. Please let us know here if you are seeing any continued impact related to this behavior, and we will investigate with you.

Thanks for the updates here Mike X.. Is there a way to subscribe to status updates like this? Not seeing an obvious way from the page. For many services we rely on Slack notifications for things like this.

Hey Michael, at the moment is no off-the-shelf way of subscribing to our status page, but we are working on supporting it
