Help with Changing Email on Motherduck Account and Fixing Signup UI Issue

Hello folks! I need help changing my email on my Motherduck account as our company just underwent a name change. I tried inviting my new email as a new user to our org, but ran into the following UI/signup issue with a hung page when trying to join the org. Could someone help me?
