Questions About Embedding Dives: Container Sizing and Customizing Loading Text

Container sizing. Is there a way for the parent page to know the rendered content height of an embedded dive? Maybe a content-height postMessage (or equivalent) that would let us size to actual content?

Is there a way to override the built-in loading text (“Loading Dive…“)? Not a huge deal but would prefer end-users not having to wonder whats a dive 🙂
