Issue with Payment Method Update Triggering Business Account Upgrade Pop-Up

This is super minor UX thing but wanted to make you aware. I already had a business account and went in to change my payment method. After I did so, I got the "thanks for upgrading to a business account" pop-up even though I didn't upgrade.
