How to Share Dive Links with Non-Technical Colleagues Without Access Errors

Hi team! I would like to send a dive link to a non-technical colleague and have them seamlessly be able to access it. Currently my workflow is to: a) make sure the underlying database is shared with my entire organization, b) add my colleague as a user to the motherduck org c) have them accept the email invite and then d) send them the presentation link to a created dive on the underlying database. From my understanding this should work, but my users get access errors, and they eventually have to manually attach the shared databases into their account first before being able to view the dives. Am I misunderstanding/is there a better way to do this?
