Hey Mehrab, I saw you opened up a new thread where my colleague was able to respond to you. The team narrowed down the issue to us-west compatibility. Since this region was just recently released, the dive gallery doesn't support it yet. The team is working to get this fixed in time for you to submit your dive. Let me know if you have any other questions.

This looks to be a bug on our side. Thanks for catching it. I wouldn't want you to have to alter your original Dive if you'd prefer not to, so I've reported this to my team. The team member who can work on the fix is based in Amsterdam, so the earliest resolution would be Monday morning. I'll get back to you Monday morning once it's fixed so you can submit your Dive.
